Aluminum alloy refiners play an important role in alloy production, mainly to remove oxides and other impurities in aluminum liquid. The operator continuously moves the powder spraying pipe to Make the refining agent, slag remover, etc. and the inert gas mixture fully contact with the high-temperature aluminum alloy melt liquid, to make the refining agent and slag remover react with the aluminum liquid to achieve the effects of molten aluminum refining, slag removal, purification, and degassing to meet the needs of improving the quality of the molten aluminum liquid.

Installation Instructions

1. The electrical equipment installed on the control cabinet should be protected during transportation and hoisting.
2. The aluminum alloy refiner is movable. The factory site should be flat and easy to move.
3. The feeding motor is a 400W two-phase speed regulating motor, 220V power supply. Use a three-phase plug-in switch when arranging the wires. The live wire, neutral wire, and ground wire need to be complete.

A: Generally, our equipment are the most durable type. With our experienced quality control team, we are trying to offer you the product with best quality. However, we do recognize that there do have small amount of the product which may got faulty or damaged for different reasons;

 

Q: How does your after-sale service work if the product got damaged?

A: In the guarantee time 24 months, our general after-sale service is changing the damaged parts, but if the damage could be repaired by slight cost, we would wait for the customer's bill for the fix cost and refund this part of cost.(note: wear parts do not include.)

A: We have our own factory, and it is located in JiangXi

Q: What's your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30%as deposit, and 70% before delivery. And we'll show you some photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
